Rosie's Round Up - 14

Suns out. Productivity in all aspects of my life has dropped and I am mainly spending my days wishing I was in the sun, or being it in (not enough of the latter unfortunately - bloody work)

Boyfriends birthday week has finally come to an end, not before a weekend of eating, drinking and laughing with our mates which was bloody brilliant. Not strictly on Monday buttttt....

Monday

Cracked out this outfit on the weekend, my lovely duster coat is about to be put away fro the summer so I wore it one last time with my fave & other stories dress.

Belt - Primark, Earrings - Topshop, Dress - & Other Stories, Coat - Urban Outfitters

Tuesday

Last Friday (this weekly round up is basically a lie) I went along to The Brighton Etsy Crafty Party and it was bloody brilliant! Amongst other things we all had to make a piece of bunting. There were Spice Girl cards galore so I chose a subtle theme and created this monstrous masterpiece

Even cooler, my faves Designosaur are in the new ETSY ad, check it!

Wednesday

Since I moved to Brighton 4 and a half years ago 'the new massive Topshop' has been discussed, and its finally (nearly) here!

I have always loved Topshop but not shopped there for ages as the current one in Brighton really is naff. Oh so very excited for this to open. Hopefully post pay day and with wonderful discounts (yeeeah right.)

Thursday

Being in Brighton makes you lazy. Fact.

Having know about AlCampo lounge for a while I have only just managed to get down there and its bloody lovely!

We shared Tapas, had a tasty cocktail and took in the delights of London Road (I mean that seriously, if there was ever a time to use the word 'up and coming' that road is it)

Full details on their website.

Friday

I think I am a bit late to this party but I have recently discovered The Beckerman Sisters and have fallen in love with them.

Their wardrobe looks so good. so, so good. And they normal sized, they clearly know their shiz and from the masses of reading I have done ina really short amount of time they seem pretty normal and cool. Their dogs are pretty cute to.

Dream out of the week is the AMAZING swishy skirt from Saloni. Already a massive fan of the swishy skirt, I would LOVE this in my wardrobe.

Teamed with these beauts from Jimmy Choo, oh the outfit potential!

I can but dream! :-)

Rosie's Round Up - Thirteen

Its my lovely boyfriends birthday this week so a lot of this round up will be birthday based, Hooray!

Monday

To kick off this week in a good mood we headed down to Curry Leaf Cafe for a curry on Monday night. It was bloody delicious, especially the chicken kebab starter. Good prices, nice beer and fab food. What more could you want!

Tuesday

To make up for the Monday night curry, and the huge cake I knew was coming at the end of the week I have been snacking on these Nakds bars in the office. Luckily they are both healthy and tasty. I brought three with every intention of eating one a day for three days....alas they lasted me an afternoon. Still healthy though, right?

Wednesday

I brought this INCREDIBLE wrapping paper from Scribbler. I love this shop and get all my cards from there. When I saw this paper I just knew its was totes appropriate for my 31 year old boyfriends pressie.

Thursday

I am not a natural baker so I am really bloody pleased with how this came out! I followed this recipe and can confirm it tastes as good as it looks (a modest baker, me)

Friday

The last of our Ikea purchases worth blogging about! I am IN LOVE with the print of this duvet set. I would buy another and make it into a dress...but I feel that could be a touch to much...!

Ikea have so many lovely bed linens, check them out here.

Dream outfit (and only fashion mention!) of the week:
I love this embellished blazer from from Frock and Frill, and at £95.00 its not even than unattainable...c'mon payday!

These AMAZING Christian Louboutin shoes worn by Angelina Jolie, however, are slightly less attainable.

Promoting her film Maleficent, they are just pretty much perfect.

Until next week!
